Private becomes explicit here

Increasing number of women in Mexico and other world countries have the highest risks to get HIV infection from their spouses.

Mailman School of Public Health Study imply that marital infidelity is the most dangerous route for HIV infection. A number of programs that were supposed to encourage monogamy will not work for married couples particularly as infidelity become more common for many countries. In this regard most specialists would be more inclined to warn for safer extramarital affairs to prevent HIV infection.

The extensive study in Mexico, New Guinea, southeastern Nigeria, Uganda and Vietnam showed that infidelity is inevitable in many cultures.

Mexico research included interviews with married women in rural communities and it was found that many husbands leave Mexico for US to find a job. During a long periods of absence they engaged in unsafe sexual encounters that lead to infection. After they returned, their wives got infected with HIV from a partner whom they committed for the entire life.

New Guinea study also lead researches to conclude that labor migration became a major factor for infidelity in addition to wide-spread belief that infidelity is a common thing to support men's friendship. Nigerian researchers told that most men were driven by awry image of modern lifestyle when cheating on their wives.

The conclusion of most researches is evident. Many specialists are determined to support programs that will be focused on safer sex not on preventing infidelity as this aspect of marriage life is hard to change.
